Account Management
3.1 Security and Password
It is your responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) completely confidential. Never share your login information with any third party. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact our customer support immediately.
3.2 Account Transfer Prohibited
Your e28et account is strictly personal. Selling, transferring, or allowing anyone else to use your account is strictly prohibited.
3.3 Account Currency
All transactions on e28et are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Balances and bonus amounts will always be displayed in Bangladeshi Taka.
Deposits and Withdrawals
4.1 Deposit Rules
The accepted payment methods for depositing funds on e28et are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount for any method is ৳100 (one hundred taka).
- The deposit amount must be ৳100 or more.
- Only deposit from a mobile banking account registered in your own name.
- Deposits made from third-party accounts will not be accepted and may be returned.
- e28et reserves the right to investigate any suspicious transactions.
4.2 Withdrawal Rules
The minimum withdrawal amount on e28et is ৳1,000 (one thousand taka). Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes.
- Withdrawals must be made using the same payment method that was used for the deposit.
- Withdrawals may be on hold until KYC verification is complete.
- Withdrawals will not be processed if the wagering requirements for a bonus have not been met.
- e28et reserves the right to hold withdrawals in cases of fraud or suspicious activity.
Bonuses and Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
e28et offers a welcome bonus for new players: a 150% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. The following conditions apply to receive this bonus:
- The wagering requirement for the bonus is 15x (bonus × 15).
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirements are met.
- The minimum deposit to claim the bonus is ৳100.
- The bonus is only usable on eligible games — the list of restricted games may change.
- The bonus will be cancelled if fraudulent activity is suspected.
5.2 General Bonus Terms
The following general terms apply to all bonuses and promotional offers on e28et:
- Each bonus offer has its own validity period; expired bonuses will be cancelled automatically.
- Misuse of bonuses or use of coordinated betting strategies is prohibited.
- e28et reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer.
- A new bonus cannot be claimed while another bonus is active.
5.3 VIP Program
e28et has four VIP tiers, each offering weekly cashback benefits:
- Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback
- Silver — up to 0.5% weekly cashback
- Gold — up to 0.8% weekly cashback
- Platinum — up to 1.0% weekly cashback
You can advance to higher VIP tiers through regular gaming activity. The benefits and conditions of each tier may change.
Gaming Rules
6.1 Fair Play Policy

6.2 Technical Issues

Prohibited Activities
